Our U.S. domestic turn-key hedge fund package includes:

› consultation on proper hedge fund structure
› work with you on defining the hedge funds objectives & strategies
› form and register the hedge fund vehicle/entity (suggest in state of Delaware)
› obtain the EIN number (Employers Identification Number)
› prepare the hedge fund entity agreements (operating agreement or limited partnership agreement)
› prepare the hedge fund offering document (private placement memorandum)
› prepare the subscription agreement and investor questionnaire
› obtain an SEC EDGAR filing number
› prepare and file documents for exemption registration (Form D) with the SEC (fees included)
› prepare and file offering registration with the state (fees included)
› consult on selecting your prime brokerage
› introduction to a professional fund administrator
› assist in selecting your auditor

Payment Policy

A retainer equal to 50% of the total fee is required up-front with the balance due upon presentation of the first draft of the fund documents. Payments can be made in U.S. Dollars ($) or Euros (€). Our preferred form of payment is bank wire transfer, banking details will be provided on request. Once payment has been received in full the client questionnaire will be sent via email.
